Refund policy

Here at One Stop Eco Shop, we want to play a part in reducing the waste and carbon emissions generated from products returned each year.

In order to combat this problem, the One Stop Eco Shop will not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we offer all customers a 14 day inspection period.

Please inspect your order upon reception or within the 14 day inspection period and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If 14 days have passed since the receipt of the products, you will be considered to have accepted all products upon unpacking and removal of the products from its packaging. 

Items that will never be considered for a return/refund include: food items, personal care goods, (such as beauty products) sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
